Sushi has now become popular throughout the world.  Many believe sushi is simply raw fish, but raw fish is actually sashimi, not sushi.  Sushi doesn’t even have to contain fish at all.  Fish and seafood is one of the most popular ingredients in sushi, but it is not necessary.  Sushi is actually characterized by sticky rice made with a sweet vinegar and rice combination lined with seaweed (or may substitute with soy paper) wrapped around ingredients into a cylindrical roll.

We are fortunate to have Master Chef Valentin on our team.  Chef Valentin has prepared sushi in other top Sushi restaurants for a total of 6 years and now 4 years for Kyjo’s.  He puts his own unique flare into sushi by adding sushi rolls that are now so irresistible.  Chef Valentin says you must try his favorite Signature rolls:

Incredible Hulk – Cucumber and cream cheese coated with avocado and topped with spicy baked octopus and shrimp, scallions, tobiko and Kyjo’s wasabi sauce.

Volcano Roll – Spicy tuna and avocado, flash-fried and topped with Kyjo’s spicy mayo, eel sauce, wasabi sauce, scallions and masago.

Gucci Roll – Crab, cucumber, avocado and cream cheese, flash-fried and topped with spicy baked crab and scallops, Kyjo’s sweet onion sauce, eel sauce, scallions and tobiko.

Golden Dragon – Spicy tuna, crab and cucumber topped with fresh mango and Kyjo’s wasabi honey sauce.

Kyjo’s Delight – Spicy crab, asparagus and seaweed salad topped with masago, white tuna, pineapples, spicy diced blue fin tuna and eel sauce.

Tunatonic – Spicy tuna, crab and cream cheese topped with fresh blue fin tuna and spicy yuzu dressing.

Sexy Salmon – Smoked salmon, avocado and cream cheese, flash-fried and topped with spicy baked salmon and eel sauce.
